白石阿島のジムでのランジ動画

中国でのユースワールドカップに向かう前にジムでの調整をしている白石阿島の動画です。中国ではSNSが通じないのでInstagramもアップできないのでは、と心配している模様。

この前のアレックスプッチョの動画もそうでしたが、右向きのランジが多いですね（そういうものなのでしょうか？）
